Booking & payment

How does online booking work?
Pick a service, add your details, and reserve online. Your card is authorized (a hold), not charged. We confirm the scope and the final price in writing, schedule the visit, and capture your deposit only once your appointment is set.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, bank transfer (ACH), and Apple Pay — all processed securely by Square.
When is my card actually charged?
For most bookings your card is authorized at booking and captured when your appointment is scheduled. Bank (ACH) payments are debited at booking and typically settle in 3–5 business days.
Can I split a larger install into payments?
Yes. Larger installs — like whole-home filtration, softeners, or water heaters — can be booked with a flat deposit today plus automatic weekly payments on a securely stored card, with your consent shown at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your card details go directly to Square; we don't store full card numbers on our systems.

Pricing & scope

Are the prices on the site final?
They're starting prices. The final total depends on your home and the scope of work, and we confirm it in writing before any balance is charged.
Will the total change without telling me?
No. If the confirmed scope differs from your booking, we adjust the total with your approval before proceeding.
What if the job turns out to be smaller than booked?
If we capture more than the work required, the difference is refunded to your original payment method. You only pay for the work performed.

Services & scheduling

What areas do you serve?
We're based in Denver and serve homeowners across Colorado & neighboring states.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri, 8–7. You can book online any time.
How soon can you come out?
Most jobs can be scheduled the same week. Rush / same-day and priority next-day scheduling are available as add-ons at checkout.
Do you handle both plumbing and water filtration?
Yes — from drains, leaks, fixtures, and water heaters to whole-home filtration, softeners, reverse osmosis, and UV — all from one point of contact.

Water filtration

How do I know which water system I need?
We start with a water quality test and on-site assessment, then size the right system to your water and your home.
What's the difference between a softener and a filter?
A softener addresses hard-water minerals (scale); a filter reduces sediment, chlorine taste and odor, and other contaminants. Many homes benefit from both — that's our Clean Water Bundle.
Do filtration systems need maintenance?
Yes. Periodic filter changes and service keep them working well — we offer filter replacement and can arrange ongoing maintenance.

Cancellations

What's your cancellation policy?
For routine services we ask for at least 48 hours' notice; for custom or larger installs, at least 7 days. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
