These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the jawhit.com website and your booking of services from JAWHIT GROUP LLC ("JAWHIT", "we", "us"). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide plumbing and water filtration repair and installation services in Colorado & neighboring states. Descriptions and prices on this site are provided in good faith; listed prices are starting prices and the final total is confirmed in writing before any balance is charged.
When you book, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts shown at checkout, including any deposit and, where you consent, automatic weekly installment charges on a securely stored card. Your card is authorized at booking and captured once your appointment is scheduled, as described at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree to provide accurate booking information, safe and reasonable access to the work area, and prompt responses needed to schedule and complete the work. You are responsible for disclosing known conditions that affect the work.
Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by conditions found on site, parts availability, or scheduling. If the confirmed scope differs from your booking, we will adjust the total with your approval before proceeding.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
