JAWHIT GROUP LLC ("JAWHIT", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you use our website and book services, how we use it, and your choices.
When you book a service we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and any notes about your job. When you pay, our payment processor collects your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
We use Square to process payments. When you enter card details, they are transmitted directly to Square and handled under Square's security and privacy practices. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited, non-sensitive details (such as card brand and last four digits) to service your booking and support disputes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor and communications tools — and only as needed to deliver your service, or where required by law.
We keep booking and transaction records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@jawhit.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal requirements.
