This policy explains how deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds work when you book JAWHIT GROUP LLC ("JAWHIT", "we", "us"). By booking a service you agree to these terms.
When you book online, your card is authorized at the time of booking and is not charged until your appointment is scheduled. For larger installs, a flat deposit is captured once scheduling is confirmed, and the remaining balance may be split into automatic weekly payments on a securely stored card, with your consent, as shown at checkout.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked visit by contacting us at (919) 890-2341 or info@jawhit.com. For routine services, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. For custom or larger installation work, we ask for at least 7 days' notice, because materials and scheduling are arranged in advance.
Cancellations made with less than the requested notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the amount of the deposit or a reasonable charge covering scheduled time and any materials already ordered.
If we cancel or cannot complete the agreed work, you receive a full refund of any amount captured for work not performed. If you cancel before work begins and within the notice windows above, captured deposits are refundable less any non-recoverable materials or third-party costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Prices listed online are starting prices. The final total depends on your home and the scope of work and is confirmed in writing before any balance is charged. If the confirmed scope differs from your booking, we will adjust the total with your approval before proceeding.
Bank transfer payments are initiated at booking and typically settle within 3–5 business days. Your appointment is confirmed once the payment clears.
